Opening international markets for small innovative firms

The EOS project is funded under the VI Framework Programme of the European Commission (kick-off September 2006, lasting 24 months), and sponsored by the Province of Torino, the City of Torino, and the Chamber of commerce of Torino.

Co-ordinated by CICOM, 21 member partners from around the world are involved in the project, including enterprise incubators, science and technology parks and business innovation centres, whilst over 30 associate partners are involved as users of the services developed by the project.

Goals
The goal of the EOS project is to test, exchange, develop and promote a series of services designed to support small innovative firms along the road to internationalisation.
Some of these services take root in the best practices developed within the PAXIS network and the Gate2Growth initiative, and are based on quality and innovation standards approved by the European Commission.

Project Activities & Services
The services developed under the EOS project are deployed to potential entrepreneurs and small businesses through the network of enterprise incubators, technology parks and business innovation centres participating in the project.

EOS Events @ I3P , Torino - 21&22 April 2008

• 2nd International Matching Event
• Workshop on “Human Resources Accelerator Services for SMEs internationalisation”

With the aim to support SMEs in their internationalisation activities, I3P - the Innovative Companies Incubator of the Politecnico in Torino - will host next 21-22 April two days of events dedicated to companies willing to develop their business collaboration abroad.

The events are arranged within the frame of the European funded project EurOffice Services (EOS, www.euroffice-services.eu) supported locally by Province of Torino, City of Torino and Chamber of Commerce of Torino.

SMEs are welcome to attend one or both the events.
