- Intervieweb develops and offers a HRMS (Human Resources Management System), a software for the management of recruiting and selection of personnel, that works in SaaS, free of installation and maintenance costs, and covers the entire set of recruiting activities: collection of profiles and CVs of candidates, publication of job offers, search and selection of talents, evaluation of competences, performance of job interviews in videoconference.
It saves time and costs of the personnel selection process, improves the organization of HR function, strengthens the employer brand and decreases the use of research intermediaries, with an eye to the environment for the stop of travelling and emissions of CO2.
The application is dedicated to Corporations, Employment Agencies, Universities, Career Services and integrates in the clients' website; it is modular, scalable and customizable for clients, and can adapt to all corporations sizes and kinds.
The use via web gives freedom of access and management, while the integration with a videoconference solution makes online interviews completely similar to live meetings.
