- Politronica Inkjet Printing S.r.l. started its activity very recently in June 2008, after the presentation of its business idea to Italian Government within the framework “Giovani idee cambiano l'Italia” and winning a loan for the realization of a small production line based on the inkjet printing technology applied to the field of conductive and semiconductive polymeric inks.
- Products and Services
- Inks: Ag based conductive inks, semi-conductive or dielectric inks, specific formulations featuring inorganic nanoparticles or biological materials (DNA, proteins...); inks featuring magnetic properties.
Printed electronics: high-tech multi-layer and double side devices featuring the inkjet printing technology. We can print inks on different materials eg. kapton, glass, silicon, polyester, paper, etc.
Work on-demand: ink formulations; engineering of electronic circuits and high-tech devices.
A strong know-how about ink formulations and ink jetting on different materials using piezoelectric or thermal technology has been developed, thanks to our highly specialized staff.
We are performing on demand: optical, electrical and magnetic characterization of electronic circuits and high-tech devices; profilometry; FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Miscroscopy) and micro Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis of micro-processed surface, getting a complete set of information about morphology and surface properties of materials after processing.
For what concerns inks we can perform viscosity measurements, surface tension analysis and contact angle measurements. - The partnerships (Financing/Joint R&D/Distribution/others) we are looking for
- We have signed a collaboration agreement with the Material Science and Chemical Engineering, Physics and Electronic Departments of Politecnico of Torino.
Other collaboration are with: Olivetti I-Jet S.p.A.; INRiM, Electromagnetism Division; Microla Optoelectronics S.r.l., spinoff company of Politecnico di Torino. - Website
