As a Marketing Specialist, you will act as a connection between the marketing and sales teams, helping move prospects through the pipeline. You will reach out to warm and cool leads who have opted into the marketing funnels to continue the lead nurturing process and ultimately set meetings for the sales team. As a member of the marketing team, your primary role will be to nurture cold leads into warm prospects, as well as identify optimal new prospective clients for outreach efforts.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify opportunities to improve performance
- Increasing awareness of products or services through promotional events such as trade shows and events, webinars, or live speaking engagements
- Developing relationships with potential clients by building rapport with them over the phone and via email
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams so that all leads are followed up on and dealt with appropriately
- Providing customer service to potential clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the company
- Generating sales leads for businesses by identifying potential clients and encouraging them to schedule a demo
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential clients by collecting contact information and other relevant data
- Maintaining relationships with potential clients by checking in regularly and providing them with information about new products or services offered by Evo
- Developing content to further lead generation efforts
