Founding Engineer

About the role
This is not a standard engineering hire. We're looking for a fourth member of the founding team.
You'll work directly alongside the three co-founders and own technical decisions at the company level. You'll have real equity, a real voice, and real accountability. If joining a founding team at seed stage excites you more than a comfortable senior role somewhere larger, keep reading.
What we're looking for
1. Technical depth with business instinct. You can write great code and you understand why it matters commercially. You've shipped products, not just features. Bonus if you've worked in or around a startup before.
2. Breadth over narrow specialization. You're comfortable moving across stack layers and picking up new ones fast. Nothing should intimidate you.
3. Founder mindset. You take ownership, move fast, and operate without hand-holding. You think in outcomes, not tickets.
Compensation
€35–50k RAL depending on experience + significant equity package.
