Growth Manager

You'll own revenue generation end to end. Pipeline, outreach, qualification, demos, close, retention. You work directly with the founders, you have full visibility into the business, and you're measured on one thing: revenue.
No large team to hide behind, no playbook to follow.
What we're looking for
1. Revenue-first thinking. You measure yourself in revenue generated, not in activity. You know the difference between motion and momentum.
2. Startup experience preferred. You've had to figure things out without a playbook. B2B SaaS or creative industry experience is a strong plus.
3. Outbound and inbound fluency. You can run cold outreach, qualify leads, manage a CRM, and close. Be honest about where you're strongest.
Compensation
€35–50k RAL depending on experience + bonus on revenue generated. Upside for senior profiles and equity package available.
