With advanced technologies and software able to bring digital transformation to the HR world, Intervieweb, the Turin-based company born and raised within I3P, the Innovative Companies Incubator of Politecnico di Torino, has conquered the Zucchetti group, which has acquired 100% of the company.
Active since 2009 and with more than 350 clients ( 30% of which outside Italy), Intervieweb is known on the market by the name of its flagship software, In-recruiting: it is one of the main Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/Recruiting Software on the European market. Available in 8 languages and integrable with any third-party software, In-recruiting allows recruiters of companies and employment agencies to automate most of their recruiting processes and thus spend more time evaluating and choosing the best candidates to hire.
In early 2019, In-recruiting also inaugurated a department for the development of proprietary artificial intelligence solutions applied to the HR world, which are already available within its ATS and can be integrated with third-party software. The result is a suite that uses AI to support HR managers by performing semantic searches, classifying candidates' CVs and identifying similar ones to those already intercepted, providing scoring of published job advertisements and much more. Such functionalities allow recruiters to save time on repetitive and low-value-added tasks and to attract the best talent.
