The project replaces traditional metal or collapsible mandrels with a patented, non-toxic, water-soluble material that ensures dimensional stability during curing and complete removal after lamination. The solution reduces production time, costs, energy consumption, and environmental impact, while enabling complex geometries and high internal surface quality. The technology supports sustainable, efficient, and scalable manufacturing in line with aerospace european standards.
