AEQUIP is a Start-up and Spin-off of the Politecnico di Torino founded in 2020. The medical branch is the Digital Pathology that studies, using digital images, human diseases through microscopic examinations of tissues.
The aim of the company is to develop algorithms and software to support the diagnosis for the specialist, the pathologist.
The tools developed integrate new techniques such as Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning, with mathematical-statistical parameters, in a new approach that we defined MDI: Mathematical Driven Intelligence.
