PoliRNA, a spin-off from Politecnico di Torino, develops a new generation of targeted RNA therapeutics for cardiac regeneration after myocardial infarction. Its proprietary technology is based on polymer-lipid hybrid nanoparticles functionalized with targeting ligands to selectively deliver therapeutic RNA to the heart. The platform aims to overcome the major limitations of current RNA therapeutics by enabling safe, efficient and tissue-specific RNA delivery while reducing side effects.
