The Vinooxygen patented method, revolutionizes winemaking. It's the first technology that allows the decanting process to be eliminated in the wine-making process using exclusively a mechanical process. The racking off is made in the same tank, so the entire production process is carried out without ever moving the wine from one tank to another as in traditional winemaking. In this way the wine never comes in contact with oxygen, the flavours aren't oxidized and the content of sulphites in the wine is reduced.
