Wavision has developed a device based on an innovative detection principle that exploits dielectric contrast (microwaves analysis) to detect extraneous bodies inside packaged products.
This allows the detection of contaminants invisible to the devices currently available on the market, generally based on X-ray technology, guaranteeing the integrity of the analyzed products and safer working conditions given the absence of ionizing radiations.
The device can be integrated into pre-existing lines of industries, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, without slowing down the production process, and provides signals through real-time algorithms.
Eventually, from an environmental point of view, the disposal of the sources is simpler.
