NOT A* DISTILLERY is the first distillery in the world to use a proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm, created with the collaboration of Politecnico di Torino, to make its own spirits.
The start-up has brought innovation to an industry as old as distilling, making gin differently from everyone else. Its main product, Lady Pope, is the first gin in the world whose recipe was derived from an algorithm, which was able to skillfully and harmoniously blend the 14 botanicals of which it is composed.
