1. XCALLY Omni Channel software solution for Customer Care, a proprietary brand for customer interaction through voice, video, messaging, social, and other endpoints, which can be managed both through human interactions and Artificial Intelligence self service human to machine. XCALLY is supplied on an international scale, spread over more than 60 countries worldwide.

2. Managed services for Data Base administration and application solutions, with focus on ORACLE for the large account market.
