Tot. Circle is a free mentorship and entrepreneurial training program dedicated to founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are building the future of Italian companies. After a first edition that attracted over 400 applications, the program organized by Tot returns this year with its second edition, even more focused on concrete content and valuable relationships, with the incubator I3P as Community Partner.
The course will be held on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 April 2026 in Milan, Italy, and will address key issues for today's entrepreneurs, from financial management to marketing and growth, including meetings with investors and coaching sessions. The program will be complemented by five vertical online masterclasses, which will explore topics ranging from AI to practical e-commerce management.
Before the program begins, Tot. Circle will also come to life across the country through a roadshow in four Italian cities - Catania, Milan, Rome, and Turin - designed to meet local communities, get to know those who do business in Italy, and build real relationships. This initiative focuses on ecosystem cohesion, direct dialogue, and the shared growth of Italian entrepreneurship.
