Startup

Xenialab, a company founded within I3P, joins the INGO group to enhance its expertise in omnichannel user experience.

INGO S.p.A.'s customer experience is strengthened and aims to become more fluid and efficient with the acquisition of Xenialab. The company, founded in 2007 within I3P, has in fact developed XCALLY Motion, one of the best performing innovative omnichannel platforms: based on AsteriskTM it provides one of the best multichannel user experiences for voice, chat, e-mail, video, sms, social networks and WhatsApp for business and is usable through cloud and on premise services. Xenialab also handles outsourced management of Oracle systems and offers consulting in the areas of Big Data, distributed architectures and open source DB solutions.

With this acquisition, finalised last December, INGO will be able to integrate Xenialab's technologies to strengthen its strategic and technological positioning, guaranteeing one of the most complete solutions in the field of Customer Care and Customer Relation and enriching the offer of solutions and services for customers and partners in Italy and abroad, with an approach that converges business processes with artificial intelligence, robotics, video-relation and business automation technologies.

"We are very proud to now be able to count on the professionalism and experience of the Xenialab team," emphasises Marco Durante, CEO of INGO. "Our commitment has always been focused on scouting and investing in Research & Development activities and in technologies that allow us to offer our customers greater value through new flexible services and increasingly efficient solutions that guarantee the control of the entire Customer Operations chain, and the entry of Xenialab goes precisely in this direction".

"This acquisition is an important recognition of our commitment to develop high-performance technologies that respond to customers' needs in a timely manner, to help them face all the challenges emerging in these years of profound transition," says Diego Gosmar, CEO of Xenialab. "Together, we will be able to offer multi-channel services and solutions for a 360° customer experience. Moreover, we are particularly satisfied with this operation, because all Xenialab's partners have been offered from the outset to be part of the group's Top Management, and this will mean guaranteed continuity for customers and partners, as well as the possibility of further growth in the various reference markets". In the new organisational set-up, in fact, Diego Gosmar will be the new Head of International Operations while Giuseppe Innamorato will hold the role of Group CTO.

"The two companies have been working together for a year and have reached a good degree of integration already in these early months of 2020. The consolidation of the new operational asset, the R&D in A.I. and Robotics, the integration between XCALLY Motion and INGO's Knowledge&Workflow Management (RelationWit) and Video-services (VideoWit) solutions, together with the expansion of our partner ecosystem, will lead to a solid and steady growth year on year," concludes Marco Durante.

"Good news comes even in a complicated period like the one we are currently experiencing," emphasises Giuseppe Scellato, President of I3P. "The acquisition of Xenialab represents an interesting opportunity to emphasise the need to give attention and support to start-ups and scale-ups, even and especially in this time of emergency: these are realities that, thanks to their agility and adaptability, can not only support the relaunch of many sectors of the Italian economy, but also make an essential contribution to countering the emergency, by making their technology available.
