The NODES Ecosystem and OGR Torino, in collaboration with the Innovative Companies Incubator of Politecnico di Torino (I3P) and Feat. Ventures, present the second edition of ReAction - Acceleration Program by NODES, the acceleration program dedicated to early-stage start-ups operating in the Spoke 1 and Spoke 2 sectors of NODES, with a focus on environmental sustainability, circular economy and sustainable and urban mobility.
The call for start-ups will be open from June 25 to July 21, 2025: interested young companies can apply via the ReAction website. All info on the initiative is also available on the NODES Ecosystem's web portal.
The offer of the program
The program will support early-stage, already-established start-ups based in Italy that are active in the fields of environmental sustainability, circular economy, and sustainable and urban mobility, specifically in the areas related to: green chemistry, sustainable and renewable energy, materials science, bio-economy, water resources treatment, valorization of waste and by-products from the agro-forestry industry, sustainable construction, waste management, digital technologies for sustainability, and sustainable and urban mobility.
Selected start-ups will have the opportunity to participate in a three-month path at OGR Tech, the innovation hub of OGR Torino and partner of the NODES Ecosystem.
The program will run from September 9, 2025, and will offer thematic workshops, mentorship, founder battles, industrial worktables, business model validation support, meetings with investors, participation in national and international events relevant to the target sectors, and a final Demo Day at OGR Torino, giving start-ups an opportunity to introduce themselves to a network of potential investors.
The objectives of the initiative
The main goal of ReAction - Acceleration Program by NODES is to support start-ups in catalyzing innovative ideas, promoting sustainable solutions, and addressing environmental and social challenges of the present and future.
ReAction - Acceleration Program by NODES is promoted by OGR Torino, in the context of OGR Tech, and implemented as part of the NODES project, the Ecosystem of Innovation that aims to support the dual digital and ecological transition and promote innovative and sustainable industrial models. NODES is funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU (M4C2 Funds - Investment 1.5 - Grant agreement code no.ECS000036).
