On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m. at OGR Torino - the hub of Fondazione CRT - the events “50 in a Day - Shaping Space, Life and Cities” and “The Innovation Party” will take place, bringing together start-ups, companies, investors, and institutions in a single day to showcase the innovation that is emerging and growing in Turin, Italy.
Now in its second year, the initiative is organized by OGR Torino for the first time in partnership with 2i3T, the Incubator of the University of Turin, and I3P, the Incubator of Politecnico di Torino, in collaboration with Microsoft Italia and with the support of Talent Garden, Italian Tech Alliance, Unione Industriali Torino, and InnovUp as ecosystem partners.
The event was created to bring together research, business, and capital, providing a space for discussion, networking, and visibility for innovative companies. The Day’s highlights will feature over 50 start-ups and scale-ups active in the Life Sciences, Smart Cities, and Aerospace sectors: on three parallel stages - Space, Life, and City - companies will pitch their solutions to investors, corporations, and deep tech stakeholders, culminating in an awards ceremony for the most effective pitches. The Day will open with a plenary session featuring a mix of keynote speeches and a panel discussion dedicated to the technological innovation value chain, from research to industry.
At 7:00 p.m. the day will continue on the outdoor terrace of Snodo, also within the OGR, with The Innovation Party, an informal gathering and networking event open to the entire innovation community and the whole city, to celebrate innovation with an open-air DJ set.
50 in a Day - Shaping Space, Life and Cities and The Innovation Party are part of Turin’s ongoing effort to consolidate its position as one of Europe’s most dynamic hubs for deep tech and industrial innovation. This achievement has been made possible by an integrated ecosystem that connects research, entrepreneurship, capital, and industry, and which finds in OGR Torino and its partners a key platform for attracting talent, expertise, investments, and collaboration opportunities on a global scale.
The full event programme, including all speakers, is available on the event’s official page. Admission to the event is free, subject to online registration; journalists who wish to attend can request accreditation by emailing stampa@maimgroup.com. Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to conduct interviews with the organizers, speakers, and participating start-ups; at the end of the event a press kit will be distributed announcing the winners of the pitch sessions and including photographic materials.
