A few months after the launch of AiDA (Artificial Intelligence Digital Agent), the AI receptionist designed for the hospitality and real estate sectors, the Italian start-up AIM Solutions announced the closing of a €500,000 pre-seed investment round, marking the first strategic step in the company's growth journey.

Born within the Incubator of Politecnico di Torino (I3P) and today also present in Palermo and San Francisco, AIM Solutions has introduced to the market the first artificial intelligence for hotels capable of converting phone calls into direct bookings and automating high-converting follow-up emails.

The company's technology

AIM Solutions' mission is to bring operational and concrete innovation to the industry, capable of improving efficiency and performance without losing the human element of hospitality. The team is made up of young innovation professionals, engineers with over 15 years of experience in the AI sector working for leading Italian companies, and developers trained by top international universities.

AiDA integrates voice, WhatsApp, web, and email to respond to information and booking requests 24/7, in 25 languages, and in just a few seconds, reducing response times by up to 97% and increasing direct bookings by up to 12%.

The round attracted the participation of a diverse and highly qualified group of investors, including Sotheby's International Realty, several family offices, as well as numerous angel investors - among which executives from consulting firms and banks - and hospitality entrepreneurs. A sign of confidence in the platform's technological strength and in its significant scalability potential.

The future of the project

The funds raised will be used to enhance AiDA's technology, with the goal of further improving the AI receptionist's performance and expanding its functionality, introducing advanced cross-selling, up-selling, and automated customer complaint management capabilities. At the same time, AIM Solutions will invest in strengthening its commercial presence to consolidate its position in a market increasingly focused on intelligent automation of reception services.

The success of the investment round comes at an early stage in the company's life cycle, confirming its value in terms of product-market fit and immediate applicability to customer needs.

"Closing this round just a few months after the product launch is an extremely important signal for us," commented Simone Russo, CEO of AIM Solutions. "It demonstrates not only investors' confidence in our vision, but also the concrete value we are bringing to the market. Our goal is to redefine the concept of hospitality through Artificial Intelligence, making it more efficient, scalable, and accessible. This investment allows us to significantly accelerate our technological development and commercial growth."
