The Collective Projects 2026-2027 are an initiative promoted by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte and ESCP Turin, with the support of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, designed to foster collaboration between businesses, start-ups, consulting firms, Third Sector Organizations and international students enrolled in the Bachelor in Management.
It is a concrete opportunity to work together on real strategic challenges, explore new directions and experiment with Open Innovation tools and methods. In addition, selected Third Sector Organizations will take part in a dedicated Capacity Building programme designed to support the management of the project developed with the students.
The programme
Collective Projects offers organizations the opportunity to work on high-potential projects alongside highly motivated international teams, within a proven programme that combines hands-on implementation with strategic development. Working with ESCP students is therefore an opportunity to:
- structure and clarify future priorities and objectives;
- test new ideas and approaches in an agile and multidisciplinary working environment;
- acquire tools and methods that can be replicated within the organization;
- invest in a journey that creates long-term value, beyond the duration of the project.
Each selected organization will be
supported by a team of 6–7 international students from ESCP Turin for
approximately 6 months, from November 2026 to April 2027, to develop
a project addressing topics such as:
- Marketing and communication
- Business development
- Internationalization
- Fundraising and grant opportunities
- Knowledge management
- Sustainability and social impact
Each student team will dedicate a total of 240 hours to the development of the project. The programme offers a dynamic, educational and hands-on experience, designed for those who see openness and collaboration as drivers of growth.
How to apply
Participation in the programme is free of charge and does not involve any registration fees or financial contributions from the selected organizations. Applications to Collective Projects 2026-2027 are open until Wednesday 30 September 2026.
Who can apply to join the initiative:
- third sector organizations;
- associations and social enterprises;
- start-ups;
- consulting firms;
- businesses of all sectors and sizes.
All the information, the call for applications and the link to apply for a business, start-up or third sector organization is available on this official webpage. The application form and the project brief must be completed entirely in English language; all written and verbal interactions with the student team will take place in English. The organization must therefore appoint a contact person with an adequate level of proficiency in the language.
The kick-off and final presentation will take place in person at ESCP Turin, in via Andrea Doria 27 in Turin, Italy. The dates will be communicated following the selection process. The participation of the partner organization’s designated contact person will be mandatory at both events.
At the end of the programme, the projects developed will be presented to a panel of ESCP Turin faculty members and tutors, providing an opportunity for discussion, learning and networking.
Capacity Building
Selected third sector organizations will also take part in a dedicated Capacity Building programme organized by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte, aimed at strengthening skills and providing tools that can be applied within the organization, while supporting the management of the project developed with ESCP students.
The programme is expected to take place between January and March 2027 and will include individual tutoring activities and 3 in-person workshops, each lasting approximately 4 hours. Workshop content will be defined following the selection process, based on the actual needs of the participating organizations. For selected organizations, participation in the programme will be an integral and mandatory part of the Collective Projects.
