Agribusiness Innovation Lab is an initiative promoted by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte, a non-profit association that supports the creation and growth of new businesses with the aim of generating value and new employment opportunities in the Italian region of Piedmont.
Born in the area of Cuneo, the program is designed for start-ups, newly established companies, and teams in the process of incorporation that are innovating in the fields of Agriculture / Agritech, Food & Wine, Sustainability, and Tourism / Territorial Promotion. The initiative is supported by the partners Fondazione CRC and Fondazione CRT.
The call is open to start-ups with registered offices in Italy. The acceleration program will be conducted in Italian language.
The call provides access to a 2-month acceleration program designed to help selected projects take a significant step forward: clarifying priorities, strengthening the business model, improving positioning and strategy, and engaging with a network of entrepreneurs and professionals who share their experience and operational expertise. Participation is free of charge, and applications must be submitted through the online application form.
One of the initiative’s distinctive elements is the network of partners involved, who contribute concretely through cash prizes, specialist services, and development opportunities. The prizes, which together amount to a total value of €18,000, include:
- Impact by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte: €3,000 cash prize for the start-up generating the greatest social impact (with positive effects on the environment, local area, or community);
- Innovation by Metroconsult: €3,000 in intellectual property protection services (trademarks, patents, design);
- Digital Service by Versya: €3,000 in digital services;
- Communication Academy by Well Com: €3,000 in brand strategy and identity services;
- Sustainability Development by Confindustria Cuneo: a sustainability support pathway valued at €3,000;
- Venture Pass by LaGemma Venture: privileged access to investor meetings and the opportunity to participate in the related AGRIFOOD26 program;
- Bikesquare: a €3,000 prize providing access to an open technology platform to develop and test digital tourism business models and build collaborative ecosystems with partners and stakeholders.
Agribusiness Innovation Lab therefore represents a concrete, results-oriented program: a short but intensive acceleration experience, enriched by a network that offers not only visibility but also practical tools, expertise, and real growth opportunities for high-potential projects in the key sectors of agribusiness and sustainability.
The call is open until 11:59 PM on March 2, 2026. For further information and to apply, one must visit the initiative's official website.
