The new partnership between I3P, the Incubator of the Polytechnic University of Turin, and Factorial, a young innovative company offering a solution to automate human resources workflows and improve business decision making, is now active.
Factorial has developed a platform to centralise HR management and lighten the workload, helping to build a proactive and inclusive team with the company. Among the available functionalities: recruitment, onboarding plan, training, leave and absence management, shift management, payroll, administrative tasks, internal communication, goal setting and employee performance evaluation.
Founded in 2016 in Barcelona, two years later the startup began expanding into European markets and today its platform has been used by more than 60,000 companies. It recently closed an $80 million Series B funding round led by Tiger Global Management, with participation from investors who had previously backed it, including CRV, Creandum, Point Nine Capital, Columbia Lake Partners and K Fund, bringing the total amount of funding to $100 million. This contribution will enable the implementation of additional features, with the goal of creating an all-in-one data-driven platform that companies can use to grow their businesses.
Thanks to the partnership with I3P, young incubated and pre-incubated companies can try out the platform and benefit from different types of discounts.
