I3P and Club degli Investitori renew their partnership for 2019. The CDI network of angels is made up of highly professional figures, entrepreneurs, managers and business consultants. Now CDI members will also mentor start-ups incubated at I3P.
170 Business Angels in the Investors' Club
Club degli Investitori is a group of 170 Business Angels and Investors that invests in start-ups, scale-ups and innovative SMEs with high growth potential. The Club mainly acquires minority stakes in start-ups, scale-ups and innovative SMEs in all sectors of innovation and operates with the support of sponsors, partners and co-investors, other business angel networks and venture capital funds.
To date, Club degli Investitori has invested €13 million, financing 25 projects, which, thanks to a network of co-investors, have raised around €30 million in capital.
The agreement between I3P and Club degli Investitori
I3P and Club degli Investitori have renewed their partnership agreement, which means that I3P's network includes leading figures in the world of entrepreneurship, business consultants, entrepreneurs, and experienced and highly professional managers.
In addition, Club degli Investitori members will be able to mentor start-ups incubated at I3P, providing them with guidance and support, with the aim of helping their mentees develop skills in the various fields of innovative entrepreneurship.
Club degli Investitori members' investments in I3P start-ups include Waterview, a patented IOT image processing solution for weather monitoring, a spin-off from Politecnico di Torino, now in the scale-up phase; Epicura, the digital outpatient clinic for social and healthcare assistance, now online with an equity crowdfunding campaign; and Remat, which operates in the circular economy sector by recovering insulating materials from furniture objects, a newcomer to I3P.
